Content Manager

As a Content Manager at Zupees, you will be responsible for developing and implementing content strategies that align with our client’s objectives and resonate with their target audience.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the online presence of our clients, leveraging various digital channels to deliver engaging and impactful content.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy Development
 
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand their goals, target audience, and brand voice.
  • Develop comprehensive content strategies tailored to meet clients’ objectives and drive engagement across digital platforms.
 
2. Content Creation and Curation
 
  • Produce high-quality, engaging content for various digital channels, including websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Curate relevant content from third-party sources to supplement original content and enhance the overall digital presence.
 
3. Content Optimization
 
  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and drive organic traffic.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track content performance and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
 
4. Editorial Oversight
 
  • Maintain editorial calendars and ensure timely delivery of content in alignment with strategic objectives and deadlines.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to content creators to ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and style.
 
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and marketers, to integrate content seamlessly into digital campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure content compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
 
6. Stay Updated with Industry Trends
 
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and content creation.
  • Share insights and recommendations with internal teams and clients to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
 
Requirements
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in content management, preferably in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and proficiency in grammar and syntax.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, social media, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
