4. Marketing Operations Manager (with expertise in WordPress, Shopify, and Adobe Photoshop)
As a Marketing Operations Manager at Zupees, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical implementation and optimization of digital marketing initiatives across various platforms, with expertise in WordPress, Shopify, and Adobe Photoshop.
You will play a key role in managing web development projects, optimizing e-commerce platforms, and creating visually compelling assets to support our clients’ marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
1. Website Development and Management
- Lead website development projects from conception to launch, working closely with clients and internal teams to define requirements, design layouts, and implement functionality using WordPress and other content management systems.
- Oversee website maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance, security, and usability.
2. E-commerce Optimization
- Manage e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, to enhance the online shopping experience, drive conversions, and maximize revenue for clients.
- Implement best practices for product listings, pricing, promotions, and checkout processes to optimize the e-commerce funnel and increase sales.
3. Graphic Design and Branding
- Create visually appealing graphics, banners, ads, and other marketing collateral using Adobe Photoshop to support client campaigns and promotions.
- Ensure brand consistency and alignment with client guidelines across all marketing materials and digital touchpoints.
4. Technical Integration and Automation
- Integrate marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and other third-party software with client websites and e-commerce platforms to streamline processes, track performance, and drive insights.
- Collaborate with developers and IT teams to troubleshoot technical issues, implement custom solutions, and optimize workflow efficiency.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, marketers, and project managers, to execute integrated marketing campaigns and projects.
- Provide technical expertise, guidance, and support to internal teams and clients to ensure successful implementation and execution of digital marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing operations, web development, and e-commerce management, preferably in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
- Expertise in WordPress, Shopify, and Adobe Photoshop, with the ability to create and customize websites, e-commerce stores, and visual assets.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages and frameworks.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
