Project Manager (Client Relations)
As a Project Manager (Client Relations) at Zupees, you will serve as the primary point of contact between the agency and our clients, ensuring seamless communication, project management, and relationship building.
You will play a pivotal role in understanding clients’ needs, managing project timelines, and delivering exceptional service that drives client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with client’s by understanding their business goals, challenges, and expectations.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and managing feedback to ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
2. Project Coordination and Execution
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, development, and marketing teams, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or roadblocks, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track and within scope.
3. Client Communication and Reporting
- Communicate project updates, milestones, and deliverables to clients in a clear, concise, and timely manner, ensuring alignment with project goals and expectations.
- Prepare and deliver regular progress reports, presentations, and post-project evaluations to clients, highlighting key achievements, insights, and recommendations.
4. Quality Assurance and Client Satisfaction
- Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on deliverables to ensure they meet or exceed client expectations and agency standards.
- Solicit feedback from clients throughout the project lifecycle and proactively address any concerns or issues to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
5. Continuous Improvement and Growth
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and project management.
- Share insights, learnings, and recommendations with internal teams and clients to drive continuous improvement, innovation, and growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management and client relations, preferably in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, negotiate, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or Jira.
- Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to anticipate client needs and mitigate risks.
- Team player with a collaborative attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service and results.
