Content Manager
As a Content Manager at Zupees, you will be responsible for developing and implementing content strategies that align with our client’s objectives and resonate with their target audience.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the online presence of our clients, leveraging various digital channels to deliver engaging and impactful content.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Strategy Development
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand their goals, target audience, and brand voice.
- Develop comprehensive content strategies tailored to meet clients’ objectives and drive engagement across digital platforms.
2. Content Creation and Curation
- Produce high-quality, engaging content for various digital channels, including websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
- Curate relevant content from third-party sources to supplement original content and enhance the overall digital presence.
3. Content Optimization
- Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and drive organic traffic.
- Utilize analytics tools to track content performance and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
4. Editorial Oversight
- Maintain editorial calendars and ensure timely delivery of content in alignment with strategic objectives and deadlines.
- Provide guidance and feedback to content creators to ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and style.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and marketers, to integrate content seamlessly into digital campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure content compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
6. Stay Updated with Industry Trends
- Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and content creation.
- Share insights and recommendations with internal teams and clients to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content management, preferably in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and proficiency in grammar and syntax.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, social media, and email marketing.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
